Metis to Exhibit DRS2000 Scanner with exclusive Synchrolight technology
Orlando, FL (MARCH 14, 2017) – Orange County Convention Center. Metis High Quality Scanners announced its plan to exhibit at this year’s InPrint 2017 (booth 1425), showcasing new and enhanced scanning capabilities for the industrial printing and decorative surface markets.
Metis will be demonstrating the sleek, easy-to-use design of the DRS 2000. The Metis technology is unique in its ability to rapidly capture resolutions up to 3600ppi, in-register, 3D surface depth and surface glossiness details. The METIS DRS 2000 is equipped with Metis’ exclusive Synchrolight technology; four powerful temperature controlled LED light banks which provide an unparalleled level of repeatable objective color, texture and specular consistency.
“Until Metis developed its patented DRS technology, high resolution scanners had fallen short of giving designers, manufacturers and marketers the critical information needed to produce the highly realistic surfaces their consumers are demanding,” explains Rob Lawrence, Director of Sales. “We’re excited to be exhibiting at InPrint 2017 to demonstrate how Metis technology can drive better design, more precise manufacturing and a more interactive marketing experience.”
