We sell and support a wide range of Color Management Solutions and are seeking a full-time Field Service Engineer to join our support team. Do you have a passion for problem solving? Are you skilled in inkjet printer repair? Can you take apart an inkjet printer and put it back together again (and it still works)? If this sounds like you, then the Field Service Engineer position is what you’ve been looking for.

Responsibilities Include:

  • 1st Tier remote phone and email technical support
  • On site inkjet printer repair and installations
  • Logging and tracking of calls in internal ticketing system
  • Generating Service Orders in 3rd party support systems
  • Manage parts inventory
  • Provide hardware training to customers, dealers, and coworkers
  • Routine printer, computer, and software maintenance
  • Coordinate and assist other team members to find solutions quickly and accurately
  • Sales sample production
  • Other tasks as required 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Five+ years of experience in inkjet printer service or related field
  • Good general mechanical knowledge of inkjet printing devices and systems
  • Understanding of electrical systems and ability to read wiring schematics
  • Ability to quickly identify problems and formulate corrective actions
  • Willingness to travel on short notice
  • General understanding of computing, graphic arts & packaging industry, and color management
  • Strong phone and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical responses
  • Highly self-motivated, reliable, and strong attention to detail

With our rapid growth in the packaging, label, and brand owner customer base, we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager located in Minneapolis, MN. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing, the main objectives of the Central Regional Sales Manager are to build and develop customer and dealer relationships and drive sales growth in the territory.

Responsibilities include:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets in assigned territories or vertical segments
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities outside traditional markets
  • Pursue, negotiate and construct appropriate terms of sales. Identify all details in the order process to ensure eventual smooth installation/delivery
  • Ensure sales leads are systematically followed up after trade shows, road shows & other marketing events
  • Collaborate with cross departmental teams within the organization to develop successful sales strategies – either directly with customers or with strategic partners with the objective of driving growth
  • Plan & organize promotional events in collaboration with other departmental teams
  • Provide feedback to marketing team and or management on competitive price situations and competitor’s position in the market
  • Generate proposals through Salesforce.com to ensure database is updated with the most current information
