HAINBURG/MINNEAPOLIS, November 20, 2007 – Trevor Haworth, President and CEO of CGS Publishing Technologies International, LLC, Minneapolis, Minnesota has been elected to the board of CGS Publishing Technologies International GmbH, Hainburg, Germany and appointed Chief Executive Officer (“Vorstand der Geschäftsleitung”).
Haworth’s appointment is part of an organisational restructuring combining the strengths of leadership of both companies in the US and Germany. “CGS products have led the industry in digital proofing and color managed workflows and have resulted in substantial growth in market share and employees worldwide”, explains Haworth. “CGS has become a true multinational company with first class people in all major markets. The new management team provides a wealth of experience to continue that expansion further into focussed market opportunities.”
Trevor Haworth founded CGS LLC in the US nine years ago. Prior to that, he held various sales, marketing and management positions with Du Pont in Germany and the United Kingdom, Crosfield Electronics Ltd in the USA and the United Kingdom and Dicomed Inc. in the USA. Haworth will continue to manage the US company.
As part of the strategic reorganisation Andreas Kämmerer will now act as Chief Operating Officer and board member leading product development and operations, Jan de Maeyer, Chief Technology Officer and board member will be responsible for strategic projects and will relocate to CGS USA for closer cooperation with strategic US-based partnerships and Jürgen Erler is appointed Chief Financial Officer with responsibility for finance and administration.
