There are several sources of expert training, installation and support available for your ORIS software. Your authorized reseller often has qualified staff available to install and configure your system, and provide high-level training on ORIS products. In many regions, independent ORIS-certified experts are also available.
Your ORIS software includes 30 days of free technical support, by telephone and email. To begin your free support, you must register. With a standard one-year support contract (available through your reseller or directly from CGS) you also receive free software updates for your ORIS products.

In addition to contract-based support, there is also a growing community of ORIS users who frequently discuss software and workflow issues on the moderated ORIS Board online user forum. CGS technicians are part of this online discussion.
